this is adorable. if only people would realize that the monkey is clinging to the stuffed animal because they were forced to be separated by their mother a few days after birth like all pet primates. just like a human, a little boy or girl becomes attached to a teddy bear, blanket or pillow because it brings them that comfort a mother would. it’s cruel actually, people want a monkey so the mother has to give theirs up. they’re known to become depressed and starve to death. i’ve always been into learning about the similarities between humans and monkeys, it’s crazy.
